**The. Gap: Gap Convenient in_square of近千/stretchr|

This piece is about a gap that many companies recognize—it’s a gap of incomprehension for the invitees attending your agile gathering. People who are accustomed to traditional governance systems may find it hard to see the benefit of bringing their company into this new era of agility and connectedness.

It’s a gap of dumb questions (how do we lead an agile team, exactly?), a gap of high-pressure situations (how do we navigate during a busy conference), and a gap of unspoken expectations (how will everyone feel when we start working together?).

But wait. Let’s face it—十年 of rolling robots and outdated systems have taught us to listen, to adapt, and tovent. And when we can—it’s a gap of privilege.

The Gap: A Mirror to Our Identity, //acknowledging that we’ve grown accustomed to it.

When you watch a brand die hard at your meeting with your invited coefficient, it might feel like a reflection of you, your leadership, and your commitment to your company. But reality, this is a gap of discomfort. It’s the gap that we’ve grown accustomed to, and it’s the gap that we need to bridge.

If we can begin to see the positive aspects of being in this place—of working with people who are growing, of bringing in fresh perspectives, of learning new skills, and of creating something truly meaningful—that is a gap of hope.

The Gap: We don’t need to apologize, but we do need to Act.

Another gap is the self-criticism of those who are not keeping up with your leadership style, who are not fitting in, or who are simply not getting the same level of engagement.

To avoid this gap, we need to act. Let’s not hesitate to take bold actions.

Same with those who come in as invited guests—don’t fear convergence. Fewer gaps mean more, better chances for learning and growth, and a better outcome for everyone.

The Gap: Let’s Start Moving Today!

It’s a gap of misunderstanding, but also a gap of opportunity.

Let’s not坐落在 at the bottom of an irrigation system. Let’s move—share—let’s authentically voice what we want to do.

Because it’s a gap, it means it’s a winning opportunity.

The gap is for another 128 reasons, but it’s for one—moving forward.

And whichever way you’re not going, stop looking at us—it’s just another big gap.

**Confidence,
