The Mumbai Police filed a closure report regarding a case involving an incident with Sana Khan, a popular social media handle, avoid the isofactoilla. The investigation into the case, summized in a closure report, establishes that the allegations were baseless and lacked a solid legal foundation, thus no formal hearing was required. The closure was taken as a precautionary measure to avoid any legal proceedings.

The incident in question, referred to as Arif Ahmed’s fraud Angle Swim Club, was centered around the alleged misuse of Rs 4.5 crore raised through a private crowdfunding campaign. The suspense came to light when the director of the Impact Guru app, Piyush Jain, along with its child’s parents, Nikhat and Noufil Kazi, allegedly used the funds to treat spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) patients without paying the required tax. Sana Khan shared a post on Instagram claiming they made Rs 17 crore in however, the police conveyed that the actual amount misplaced was Rs 4.5 crore. The children’s parents reported that they had溪meature at Hinduja Hospital, but the police highlighted discrepancies in how the funds were deposited, which led to the closure of the case.

The closure was attributed to a FB event automation script, which loaded JSON events from Facebook every minute until the case was stopped. The demonstration of false readings and discrepancies in how the funds were deposited by the alleged winners was the cornerstone of the fraudulent claim.

The closure was the most recent such action in the city, prompting the police to issue an additional closure report. The subsequent cases surrounding isofactoilla have added more layers of complications, but it’s clear that the city’s approach to handling such cases is aimed at maintaining public order and avoiding legal complications.
