Pavlo Kyrylenko Charged with Illegal Enrichment and False Declarations | Ukraine news

On July 7, 2025, the Specialized Anti-Corruption.Parser’s Office (SAP) filed a case against the head of the Antimonopoly Committee (APK) of Ukraine, Pavlo Kyrylenko, following a March 25, 2024 decision in a criminal case by SAP and the National Antipetty corruption Body (NABU). During the case, Kyrylenko was charged with illegal enrichment exceeding 72 million hryvnias and submitting false information during his tenure as the head of the region’s military administration. The parliamentary authorities discovered through interviews that Kyrylenko purchased 21 real estate properties, including a luxury car, and acquired an Nvidia and over 220 square meters of plot land, among other assets. The court in Ukraine granted bail to Kyrylenko on August 29, 2025, with a bail amount of 30 million hryvnias, while he continues to serve as the head of the APK and was not suspended from his position.
