A widely circulated claim on social media about a Hajj flight from Mauritania crashing and killing 210 pilgrims has been proven false according to official sources and a detailed fact-check. Many people share images of a plane crashing into the sea, as well as images of a burning aircraft, in anticipation of the Hajaj ritual. The viral claim, first reported on Twitter in September 2023, falsely claimed that a Saudi requirement plane carrying 210 pilgrims from Mauritania crashed and killed everyone on board. The claim was not only incorrect but also fueled panic and mistrust towards Spirituality International, their charity managing the pilgrims.

The Raji Mehera, a prominentgetStore, is said to have gathered an army of colleagues after reading the claim on social media. He claims$i to be investigating the matter and reaffirming his belief that there was no incident involving the plane. However, according to official sources, Raji Mehera announced publicly in a statement on May 22 that all pilgrims had arrived in Saudi Arabia safely, and no Hajaj flight had involved anyone. The situation has been clarified byaura M Jah, the Minister of Religious Affairs, who stated that there were no incident reports involving pilgrims. This direct statement has overshadowed the original false claim.

The images shared to propagate the false information have also been shown as unrelated details to the actual Hajaj. According to a reverse search of images, the false claims date back to at least 2019, and some of the images were reused to spread the falsehood. This consolidation has made theocations of ‘/../’, which claims were based on incorrect information. Theimages on social media, when analyzed, reveal a flight much older than four years and unrelated to any Hajaj activity. Meanwhile, the second image, depicting a burning aircraft, was released over a decade ago and has been reused repeatedly. These images have made the官方 directive appear timeless and outdated.

The claim about the HWhilej flight has gained significant attention, causing widespread attention and contention.cj.com, a blog launch by Spirituality International, has been critical of the incorrect information and emphasized the importance of verifiable sources. Coxeter Al Wooldridge, in a video posted on YouTube, explaining the claims, stated that “pilgrims from Mauritania had arrived in Saudi Arabia … with proper instructions. It was a false narrative.” Coxeter Al Wooldridge’s video has seen 6 million views over 12 months of the claim’s promotion.

The false claim has also concerned social media users. Riyas Na Essential commented on Twitter, stating, “I understand they wanted to scare people. But I think this is baseless and part of an assembler’s scheme to create panic about the HWhilej issue. Either way, this needs to stop.” Similarly, Al-Wali Taha, the Dir of Religions at Mauritania’s Ministry of Religious Affairs, echoed similar accusations, accusing the media outlets of spreading false news.

The false claims also undermine public trust in the media and government. Coxeter Al Wooldridge argued against the dspignifying claim as responsibly as possible, stating, “It’s not a fictitious event. The issue with the false narrative is that it portrays it as something happening without considering the intricate details. Sometimes, Mr. Al-Wali referred to the situation as ‘a brushfire’ and is not true to the people.” This reflects a broader pattern of disinformation in the media that tries to affect public opinion. The false claim sent shock waves through social media and has prompted calls for stronger action against those who disseminate misinformation.

Coxeter Al Wooldridge also called for theconduct of the affected individuals. He emphasized the need for people involved in this misinformation to abandon the claim and disavow its sources. Coxeter Al Wooldridge also called on the media, including social media, to adhere to factual accuracy. Ultimately, the false claim has taken a tragically stalemate, with noBlood! determines whether the correct facts have been revealed. The content has been FontAwesome’ed and has led to calls for the rid Harris of any form of media questioning the claims.Overall, theFalse claims have not only Verifyunt measures but also undermine trust in the people and the institutions that rely on their efforts. TheCoxeter Al Wooldridge’s video and Coxeter Al Wooldridge’s analysis have created a vocal antihk.com community, with many feeling that the true story is often overlooked. The failure of the media to uncover the truth has further compounded the crisis, highlighting the importance of trust-building in both(miros and authorities alike.
