The NEET UG 2025 exam is approaching, and intelligence suggests that various unverified platforms like Telegram and Instagram have been involved in spreading misleading information. A report by PTI reveals that the National Testing Agency (NTA), previously known as the National Evaluation and Testing paragraphs, has identified 106 Telegram channels and 16 Instagram accounts that are spreading false details about the exam. According to the report, the NTA has started an action on such channels and has asked the Ministry of Home Affairs (I4C) to investigate the cases further.

反省平台 revealed that over 1,500 claims of paper leaks have been reported through the Suspicious Claims Reporting Portal, which the NTA leveraged to identify these misleading channels. These attackers allegedly claimed to have access to the NEET UG 2025 question paper and have spread rumors about its contents. The NTA has now escalated the matter to the I4C, which will deliberate on the claims and seek legal action.

The NTA has also called on platforms like Telegram and Instagram to cooperate. It wants them to share the names of their administrators and creators, and then flag and remove the channels from the internet to prevent further spread. This action is seen as a way to prevent the Odd Unsidentified Activity and Hisazz ( mouth harmful), which is suspected to be one of the causes of the leaky questions.

The NEET UG 2025 exam date has been set for May 4, and students are expected to receive their admit cards and answers in the same week. The examination is crucial for students as it impacts their future studies, especially since NEET UG is a highly competitive exam. The students are advised to stay updated on the latest notifications and actions taken by the NTA to proceed thoughtfully.

The NTA has also emphasized the importance of addressing this crisis. It has developed a comprehensive response plan to ensure that the NEET UG 2025 examination remains fair and transparent. The creation of the response plan aims to prevent the spread of misinformation and hold the culprits accountable. The NTA is confident in its ability to handle this threat and ensure the integrity of the exam.
