Conway woman charged with tax evasion and preparing false tax returns

Horry County, SC (WPDE) — A woman, Taimar L. Thomas, who is 42 years old and resides in Conway, was arrested on Monday for tax evasion and preparing false tax returns. According to the South Carolina Department of Revenue (SCDOR), Thomas was charged with seven counts of making false or fraudulent tax returns and seven counts of tax evasion.
