A newly formed coalition, Circulate NJ, aims to reshape the narrative surrounding New Jersey’s logistics industry. Citing state data, the coalition highlights that TLD companies support over 400,000 jobs, representing 12% of the state’s private workforce. These companies contribute 12.7% of private-sector wages and $62.5 billion, or 10%, to the state’s GDP. David Greek, a managing partner at Greek Real Estate Partners and a key figure in the coalition, explains that developers have become frustrated with the spread of misinformation during the application process.
