The Central Higher Education Council ruled on this matter, stating that misinformation and rumors have been spreading regarding justice Yashwant Varma’s residence after a fire in the stock room. The proposal to transfer him to the Allahabad High Court is separate from the ongoing in-house inquiry into his alleged遭遇.
Justice Varma was sworn in as a Delhi High Court judge on October 20, 2021, after being appointed to the Allahabad High Court on October 13, 2014.
