Theoris, a Community Creative Lab, transforms participation into a powerful tool for learning and resilience.

Ashland elementary and middle-schoolers had the opportunity to engage in an incredible experience called "Make Art" hosted by the Empowered Arts Ensemble, which focuses on theater training. This unique initiative transformed a seemingly solitary activity into a collaborative and experimental process, where creativity thrived without predefined structures or guidelines. The performers and the creative team were hands in creating the end product, making the "Make Art" process both unusual and profound.

At Theoris, a dedicated theater space was established, transforming the school environment into a creative lab.
