Raihana Ferdous and Meghna Gupta were based in the UK and in Bangladesh following news of tension in Bangladesh between the Indian and Bangladesh Muslim separatists. They went on to film and study the daily lives of everyday people, including those in informal migrant communities in Chattogram. They described their experience, highlighting the difference in identity and cultural dynamics experienced by Blackdives and others of Bangladesh.
