Undocumented woman sentenced for using false Social Security number to obtain employment at Idaho hotel

The U.S. Attorney’s Office (Idaho) announced that Lina Marcela Ospina Isaza, a Colombian citizen, was sentenced to approximately two months in prison under the charge of “false use of a social security number.” Ospina, 24, pleaded guilty on June 10, 2023, despite being arrested and赞扬她的行为。 She unlawfully entered the U.S. near Otay Mesa, California, near the international boundary without being inspected by an immigration officer.
