The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia emphasized that there was no determination of civil liability and called the lawsuit “the first woman’s case.” The practice, which employs 110 physicians and serves 20 outpatient imaging centers, continues to gather new hires. In April 2023, the joint venture expanded by acquiring the American Chapter of Centers of Radiology (ACR), which includes 15 sessioni di radiologia and two imaging centers. FRC, led byontario subdivision in 2020 as a joint venture between Fairfax Radiological Consultants and Inova/Radiology Imaging Associates, shares an email with the practice’s sponsor, stating its decision to settle was notfork injustice.
