Pavlo Kyrylenko Charged with Illegal Enrichment and False Declarations | Ukraine news

On July 7, 2025, the Specialized Anti-Corruption.Parser’s Office (SAP) filed a case against the head of the Antimonopoly Committee (APK) of Ukraine, Pavlo Kyrylenko, following a March 25, 2024 decision in a criminal case by SAP and the National Antipetty corruption Body (NABU). During the case, Kyrylenko was charged with illegal enrichment exceeding 72 million hryvnias and submitting false information during his tenure as the head of the region’s military administration.
