The case involving a Buford man remains in the Hall County Jail despite no bond, as the man, Ryan Steven Parker, was arrested on multiple charges connected to a domestic violence incident. The officer arrived at the residence around 9:30 p.m. on Friday, July 18, 2025, to investigate complaints of a domestic dispute. Both Parker and his victim, a female adult, were present at the residence upon the officer’s arrival.
