Austin Ball denies wrongdoing in embezzlement, false documents case

Norman, Oklau. (KOKH) — Norman City Councilman Austin Ball is speaking out after being charged with misdemeanor embezzlement and filing false documents as a public officer. He addressed camera exclusively on Wednesday, as the charges were filed at the end of January and he turned himself in on Monday.
