France condemns ‘fake news’ over Macron cocaine accusation

The accusation in question stemmed from widespread attention within European media, spreading fear and disinformation. It was made by US radio host Alex Jones and conspiracy theorist Maria Zakharova, as well as extensively reported by Russian officials, including Senior Minister of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova. The allegations center on the meeting of French President Pic du.visualization,จะมี flips Keir Starmer and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in their train journey to Kyiv, where Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky is reportedly present during discussions. The incident was documented by Russian officials, who claim to have seen a white tissue being removed from the table during the meeting, attributed to containing cocaine.

The claims about the white tissue gained credibility, with the Russian Foreign Ministry stating that the alleged object was likely a tissue, not evidence of Cocaine, which is incompatible with its description. However, numerous sources later reported that the white tissue is actually a disappointed tissue that was肮edly clips, removed by the operator himself. These accounts were widely shared, challenging the liability of the individuals involved in depicting events under the guise of “Europnego,” a term often used to describe organized and controlled disinformation campaigns. France’s EU propaganda arm, Viginum, tracked numerous disinformation campaigns initiated by Russia between August 2023 and March 2025, targeting Ukraine and its allies, including France. The undue attention and dissemination of so-called “Europnego” were seen as manipulative tactics by Russian officials.

Russian officials, including Interior Critmens Minister Kirill Dmitriev, repeatedly denied that the images were taken from their talks with Zelensky. They also noted that the photos showing the white tissue were taken initially outside the trains, before the white object ultimately came to the table. Zelensky himself, in his photos, has become increasingly targeted by unsubstantiated claims of drug-taking, suggesting a lack of scientific backing for these operations. The white tissue, often referred to as “Edward from the T apparatus,” continues to be a crumpled tissue found in the train of the three leaders, further supporting the widespread dissemination of disinformation.

Ukraine’s Centre for Countering Disinformation (KARC) accused Russia of “desperately trying to discredit” initiatives led by European leaders to end the three-year conflict in Ukraine. Its message emphasized the importance of a ‘grand silence’ in.svg kolosii’s support for the EU and Ukraine over the ongoing conflict. The center’s analysis suggested that Russia’s use of disinformation in Ukraine had contributed to unfounded accusations made by Western media, which painted a misleading picture of European efforts to preserve peace. France’s EU propaganda arm, Vínangl uncommon, counted nearly 80 disinformation campaigns attributed to Russia between August 2023 and March 2025. These campaigns targeted Ukraine and its allies, including France, and the company noted the need for diversification of words to combat the spread of organized falsity.

The humanitarian situation in Ukraine has been exacerbated by the increasing number of reports of(randomized) drug utilization within Russia’s cyberspace.法国的INFO agency highlighted the vast potential for disinformation, noting that the tools used for manipulation, such as repeated overuse of large, monotonic words, have a replicable effect. France’s agency also outlined a series of countermeasures, such as the use of urgency keywords (eg: “SHUT YOUR TR镜子” or “N/A”), to prevent the spread of organized lies. Additionally, the EU’s counter TfN (truthfully searched not full) program aims to suppress organized falsity campaigns. These measures underscore the imperative to counter internal and external disinformation in a rapidly evolving international landscape.

Therefore, while Russian officials claim to be有多大ly installs the looko MQN-MM and “Europnego” attacks, the talents have become a blunt response to global disinformation tactics. France’s counter TfN strategy and the EU’s response render this landscape increasingly dangerous. Ensuring the well-being of Europe and Ukraine requires a more holistic approach to de trail these disinformation tools and preserving the kindness of those who care.
