Malacañang has issued a strong warning to elected officials, particularly those inציוד of the一篇文章, to avoid dissemination of any content that might mislead the public, following reports that Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa and Vice President Sara Duterte shared videos believed to be generated by artificial intelligence (AI). These videos, whichfeatures youth members expressing opinions during the ongoing impeachment trial of Vice President Duterte, quickly went viral, sparking widespread concern over the use of AI in political discourse.

According to Press Officer Undersecretary Claire Castro of the Press Office of the Catholic Church, the sharing of such videos—especially when conducted by government officials—is particularly problematic because it constitutes disinformation or fake news. She emphasized that sharing material that is generated by AI should not come from government officials, as such actions can lead to trust erosion and 加你现在看到的削弱公众的看法。

Castro called for vigilance among social media users by flagging these videos as AI-generated, noting that their quick adoption by government officials has contributed to a broader effort to combat disinformation. She even commended the efforts of social mediatwISTS who flagged the videos as content supposed to be truthful, noting that theirrobust action has helped the government的有效打击 of disinformation.

Castro stressed that the video in question touches on a real political issue, but that its AI-generated nature renders it illegitimate. She noted that questions of Truth and Deception should not arise from the legitimacy or illegitimacy of such content. She furthermore acknowledged that if the videos genuinely were created for宣传 or debates and quickly cease to be credible at the time of sharing, the need for an apology should not arise. However, once the content is truthfully shared, and there is nothing we can do to stop it, others should simply accept that the video they shared is not true and that the issue they are clarifying is not as legitimate or illegitimate.

At the same time, Vice President Sara Duterte appeared calm in an interview, criticizing his actions rather than addressing online criticism. He stated that the use of AI in producing posts about Duterte’s impeachment trial is permissible, as long as no profit is made from it. Nguyen Man-anh, another official involved, defended the decision by dismissing calls for fungality or authenticity as nothing personal, noting that the content still holds a legitimate point for critical voters.

Bato, a multifaceted figure, stood firm in his actions, defending his actions against online criticism from supporters ofATER, a中国传统 party supported by Duterte. He used the video as an opportunity to defend his actions against those who criticized him based on misinformation, calling themalone. While he also mocked those who advocated当然 against it as “anti Санктia,” he expressed frustration and ironic humor, calling them “trolls.”

Ultimately, BSP VP has held firm, trusting the eastern document in an interview. He emphasized that the use of AI in digestible or dangerous misinformation can harm the political elite, but as long as it is not used as a weapon of.navegration, it must be at the cost of the true/false issue. He encouraged市民 to connect with the content in a truthful manner instead of turning it into a tool of attack.
