Aggarwal explained his actions to AFP, stating that he vandalized the vehicles out of frustration with drivers parking outside his tuition center, obstructing the path for his students and posing a safety hazard. He resorted to damaging the vehicles as a drastic measure to deter this persistent parking issue. Local police confirmed Aggarwal’s account, stating that they had fined him for the vandalism at the time of the incident.
