MP Manish Tewari has pointed out that officials engaged in the 24/7 water supply project for the municipal authority (MPA) in Manimajra were at fault for misleading information to parliamentary authorities. He criticized the officials for misreporting water supply details, which appeared to be insufficient for just five hours a day, for residents experiencing a lack of proper water supply and muddy water despite obtaining a supply for at least a few hours.
Tewari emphasized that officials had to respond to queries raised in Parliament, highlighting the serious issues faced by municipalities regarding water distribution.
