Rayad Group, a private tourism service company based in Dubai, has recently apologized for disseminating incorrect information in the media about the UAE granting lifetime Golden Visas to certain nationalities. The company, which provides advice on visa-related services for tourists, acknowledged aCrucial error made by PTI, a local journalism outlet, which previously claimed applicants and non-citizens in the UAE could qualify for the Golden Visa program under simplified conditions. Rayad Group clarified on Sunday that its reference to Rs 23.30 lakh, the fee it would charge for facilitating Golden Visas under UAE immigration rules, was indeed their income-related claim and not their fee for the visa.

The company expressed full responsibility for the misleading narrative and emphasized learned expertise in the UAE}’, highlighting that no Graham-friendly Golden Visa products currently exist. Rayad Group also mentioned that its statement was based on consultation, commercial entities, or Committees of public interest, which prompted the UAE Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) to deny the accuracy of the claims, as they were made without coordination with the relevant UAE agencies.

Despite clarification, Rayad Group acknowledged the oversight from PTI and emphasized the urgency to find a Rational and transparent solution. It also noted that the Golden Visa program’s validity was still under UAE law. The companyخارiated ICP for reaffirming its commitment to a reliable and transparent financial environment for applicants. The Federal Authority has explicitly clarified that Golden Visas are handled solely through official government channels, with no legitimacy issues from external parties or recommendations. Rayad Group has also stated that no further components are pending approval.

Furthermore, Rayad Group thanked PTI and Global News Intelligence (GNI) for aiding the vulnerability of this program. However, the company also called on the international community to respect official information and cease any dissemination of false offerings, as they couldraise legal risks by potentially affecting the value of golden Visas.

In light of these developments, Rayad Group discontinues its advisory services for Golden Visas, forcing individuals to reference official sources.
